Payment for the Spartan Summer Slam is due March 1, 2020. If we do not receive your payment by that time "Waiting List" teams can and will take your spot. Please send tournament fees to:

Checks should be made out to "BHBL Girls Softball” in the amount of $500. Please indicate your team and age level on the check.

Reimbursement Policy:
1. Full reimbursement if more than 42 days from the tournament start date or if we cannot play due to local or state guidelines due to COVID-19.
2. $100 admin fee if you cancel 21-42 days in advance of the tournament.
3. No refund if you cancel within 21 days of the tournament.
