Tournament/Event Notes

All balances must be paid in full by February 1, 2023. After that date, teams will be moved to the waiting list and first paid teams will be accepted for any remaining spots.

Umpire fees are $60 per game and will be pay at the plate.
Tournament Director will pay umpire fees for the Championship game.

Refunds will not be offered for teams that withdraw without a replacement team being found.

If the tournament is cancelled for any reason, there may be a reduction in refunds due to expenses from the tournament host prior to the tournament date.

Individual & Team trophies for 1st & 2nd place

All out of state teams must send roster & insurance via email 30 days prior to the event.
