To secure your registration spot, we require a $395 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within 14 calendar days of your registration confirmation. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your spot, and the next team on the waiting list will be invited to participate.

Once the tournament reaches its capacity, refunds will only be issued if a replacement team is found at the full registration price. The remaining balance of the registration fee is due by May 3rd, 2024.

Please make your payment by mailing a check to Bourne Youth Girls Softball at PO Box 41, Monument Beach, MA 02553. Ensure the check is made out to "BYGS," and kindly write your team name and the tournament date on the memo line.
