Tournament/Event Notes

Team Registration:
Teams must be registered and fully paid to secure their spot in the tournament. All documents must be submitted one week before the scheduled tournament date. We will be adhering to USA Softball Sanction rules unless otherwise specified.

Umpire Fees:

$75 Pay Umpires at the Plate - No Cost for Championship Game
If a team forfeits for any reason, the forfeiting team must cover the entire cost of umpires for that game.

Payment Policy:

Only full payments will be accepted.
Full payment is required to guarantee participation and must be made 2 months in advance.
Teams will be placed on a waiting list based on their registration date.

Withdrawing from a Tournament:

A full refund will be given if a team withdraws 2 months prior to the tournament.
No refund will be given if a team withdraws within 2 months of the event unless a replacement team is found.

Refunds, Cancellations, or Shortening of a Tournament:
While we will try to hold each event, weather or other unforeseen circumstances may prevent an event from being completed or starting. In such cases:

If at least 2 games are started, no refund will be provided.
If at least 1 game is started, a 50% refund will be given.
If no games are played, a refund of $350 will be given.
